• Environmental Sustainability: Environmental assessments, climate change adaptation, and sustainable development
• Research & Development: Data collection, analysis, and evidence-based solution development

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

User Content

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in content you submit to us. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing our Services.

Work Product

Intellectual property rights in work products created during consulting engagements will be addressed in separate consulting agreements.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Payment Terms

For consulting services:

• Payment terms will be specified in individual consulting agreements
• All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in agreements
• Disputes regarding payments should be raised within 30 days of invoice date

9. Disclaimers

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. Amoro Konsults disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amoro Konsults shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Any claim that your use caused damage to a third party

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate these Terms, you may simply discontinue using the Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
